Prescott College offers a unique educational journey for self-directed learners ready for an experiential, hands-on approach to their course work. We have a simple application process. Get started today.

Admissions Criteria

At the core of our admissions process is gaining an understanding of what motivates you. Prescott College students are typically lifelong learners, whose passion for sustainability, humanities, social justice and the environment motivate them. Often times, our students stand out as individuals who are motivated and self-directed. We don't believe test scores and grades are the sum total of who you are. During the process, we'll want to gain an understanding of your academic strengths, but we don't require SAT scores

Still have questions? Good. We love that! We have a team of counselors here to help you every step of the way.

Affordability at Prescott College

Financial Aid

The first step for students will be to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The data reported on the FAFSA determines the expected family contribution (EFC). The EFC is then subtracted from the cost of attendance for the academic year. The resulting figure is called demonstrated Financial need.

Prescott College Scholarships

The Changemaker Scholarship initiative guarantees a tuition scholarship to every new accepted student who applies by our priority application deadline that intends to enroll in a degree program for the fall 2019, spring 2020, or summer 2020 semester.

Military/Veteran Benefits

Prescott College would like to thank our Veterans and Active Service Members for their service to our country. The majority of our programs at Prescott College are approved for veterans and active duty education benefits. Active duty veterans who qualify for benefits under the Post 9/11 GI Bill® may transfer their benefits to their dependent spouse and children.
